When you send an inquiry, request a quote or subscribe to our newsletter we collect the information you enter — name, e-mail address, company, phone number, country, message and any file you attach — together with the date, the page you submitted from and your IP address (used only to prevent abuse).
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not load third-party scripts. The interactive map on the contact page is loaded from Google Maps only after you click "Load interactive map"; Google's privacy policy applies to that content.
How we use it
We use your data to answer your inquiry, prepare quotations, send samples and documents you request, and — if you subscribed — to send occasional product and industry updates. We do not sell or rent personal data. Data may be shared with our logistics and payment partners only as needed to fulfil an order.
Legal basis and retention
Processing is based on your request (pre-contractual steps) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries. Inquiry records are retained for up to 3 years for business documentation; newsletter data until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, or object to its processing, by e-mailing Jason.wangxiaokang@gmail.com. Every newsletter e-mail contains an unsubscribe instruction.
