Product Overview
Plasma Indicator Tape is used to seal and identify packs processed in low-temperature hydrogen peroxide gas plasma sterilizers. The indicator responds to vaporized hydrogen peroxide and changes from blue to pink/red, making processed items easy to identify at a glance.
It adheres to Tyvek® pouches and polypropylene non-woven wraps used in plasma sterilization and removes cleanly after the cycle.

How to use
- Apply the tape to the outside of the Tyvek® pouch or non-woven wrapped tray.
- Run the validated hydrogen peroxide plasma cycle.
- Check that the indicator has changed from blue to pink/red before releasing the pack.

Can this tape be used on paper/film pouches?
Plasma cycles require non-cellulosic packaging such as Tyvek® pouches or polypropylene wraps. The tape is designed to adhere to those materials.
